What does an Ambassador do and what are the responsibilities?
An ambassador represents your area's interests to our Association and vice versa. The scope of the relationship depends on how engaged you want to be. Some ambassadors who have limited time provide content and nothing more. Others who are highly engaged work with us on projects and conferences. It depends on you as well as your area as to what is possible to do together. Certified ambassadors have more rights and benefits. Check the Community signup page for a discussion of specific benefits available at both the regular and certified ambassador levels. There is no extra cost to become certified as an ambassador, but an ambassador must watch a video and pass a test with a score of 70% or higher to receive the "certified" designation.
